Join us for an interactive and fun journey to controlling your diabetes.
This program uses colorful maps with an interactive atmosphere to discuss the highs and lows of living with diabetes. The program runs for four weeks and each class is an hour to an hour and half interactive, virtual experience that allows you time to ask questions and share stories with other individuals who understand the obstacles that arise when dealing with a change in lifestyle.
Diabetes is a life-changing diagnosis. This class helps teach you tips to control your diabetes and get back to living your life. This program is free and insurance is not required.
