Join Connie Truesdale, Delay the Disease (r) Parkinson's Exercise Specialist & ACE Certified Personal Trainer, as she leads you through this proven program that will:
-Improve joint stability and mobility for greater strength and range of motion during daily life activities.
-Challenge balance and coordination for better body awareness and control.
-Incorporate neurological training to boost brain activity.
