Dance on Film Festival

About the Event

Boston Conservatory at Berklee presents its fourth annual Dance on Film Festival, showcasing student films created throughout the academic year. This year's collection of short, student-created works represents the continued exploration of how dance translates to film.

The Dance on Film festival began in 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when Boston Conservatory's dance classes transitioned from in person to online. During this period, students were able to explore a new side of their creativity: telling stories on film, through the art of dance. Through directed curriculum, we continue to work on film literacy and an increased understanding of the process.
