About the Event

Join us for the annual Cupcake Chase at Arizona Falls, (GR Herberger Park) in the prestigious Arcadia neighborhood in east north-central Phoenix. Make the Cupcake Chase 5K Run one of your must-do races. With its professionally timed ultra-fast, flat looping course, you stand a good chance of achieving your next PR. Plus, you’ll find cupcakes waiting for you at the finish line! If you are new to running, the Cupcake Chase 5K Run is a perfect first race, and walkers are always welcome. Best of all, this event benefits affordable housing for Phoenix families.

Skip packet pickup, crowds, and lines on race day. Optionally select to have your race packet mailed directly to you for a $15 shipping and handling fee when registering before January 4, 2025. Packages begin shipping on Monday before the event.

9:15 AM Start Disqualification

10:30 AM Finish Disqualification

Award Recognition Ceremony

You must be present at the Award Ceremony to claim any offered award during this event. Alternatively, suppose you placed overall or in your age group division and would like a medal. In that case, you can send an email request to support@racelookup.com to request shipment. If we can accommodate your request, the medal shipment has a $15 processing and handling fee.

9:45 AM to 10 AM (Approximate)

Overall by chip time—top 3 males over 14, top 3 males under 15, top 3 females over 14, and top 3 females under 15.

Age group divisions* by chip time excluding overall winners**—top 3 males and top 3 females by division.

*Age group divisions are in five-year increments starting with 14 and under and finishing with 75+.

**Overall winners are not ranked or included in age group divisions.
