The Congestive Heart Failure support group is aimed at cardiac patients and their spouses, families and friends to provide education and support for both the physical and emotional aspects of heart disease. The group will be staffed by facilitators from the Cardiac Rehab Program who are specially trained in cardiac care. Patients have been shown to benefit through participation in a support group.
