Two paragons of the violin meet in this can’t-miss program: Tchaikovsky’s unparalleled Violin Concerto and the inimitable Midori. After the dust has settled, two more audience favorites: Respighi’s symphonic poems describing the stunning fountains and graceful pines of his beloved Rome.
