Tai Chi and Qi Gong are two different, ancient practices with many varieties and forms throughout history. Our unique blend is geared towards all individuals to work on strength, balance, and mindfulness.
This tai chi class will be offered virtually via Zoom with Chris Feng, PT DPT and is open to PAMF patients and the community. This class covers basic yang style tai chi postures and movements. We will integrate breathing, posture and energy practices through the movements. The goal will be to feel relaxed and energized at the same time after each session. If you are new to this style of training, it will take a few weeks to really learn the movements. The true benefit comes from a more focused, consistent and regular practice to make the movements your own.
