Course Information:

We are sad to not be running all together in person on the trails around beautiful Lake Poway. For you locals, you still can! All of the course maps that you’re used to will still be linked here.

There are many benefits to a virtual run. Now, you can run on your treadmill, through your neighborhood or along the beach. You can even participate from a different state! Find a new nature preserve or familiar park.

You pick the setting. You pick the distance. You pick the course. Set START on a device to record your run and GO!

Awards Information:

For the first time in our 14 year history, we are providing participant medals. We’re excited to see your finisher selfies from all over the country.
Due to the nature of virtual format, we will not be offering prize money this year.We’re hopeful we’ll be hosting an in-person race in 2022 and ready to give away all that cash then.
