Chimpathon 5K and 10K

About the Event

Join us on Saturday, February 1st, 2025 at Save the Chimps for the 10th Annual Chimpathon 5K/10K! This race will be chip-timed with a flat and fast course starting & finishing at the sanctuary!

Runners and walkers will have the unique opportunity to travel the perimeter of the Save the Chimps Sanctuary, home to over 220 rescued Chimpanzees! 

Awards will be given to top finishers and all participants will receive a finisher medal and performance shirt.

Runners and walkers are strongly encouraged to arrive at the Sanctuary no later than 7:30am * 

Packet Pickup will be available at the Sanctuary starting at 7:00am and will close at 7:45am. All participants are encouraged to collect their race packets prior to race day.

No animals permitted as they may disturb the chimps
