This breathing-centered yoga program is for people with mobility challenges or those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor. Exercises are either done in a chair or involve using a chair for support. These basic, flowing movements promote flexibility, strength and balance for those who are not able to participate in a traditional yoga class.
