6th Annual Cathie and Troy Johnson 5K Run/Walk

Celebrating the courage of veterans, fostering community spirit, and investing in the preservation of our town’s rich history.

Troy and Cathy Johnson are from Red Boiling Springs, TN. They are avid runners.  With over 400 marathons for Cathy and more than 300 for Troy, this dynamic duo landed in The Guinness Book of Records. They are the oldest married couple to complete a marathon on each continent (aggregate age) at 129 years 109 days. This record was achieved between 8 February and 19 February 2015. Over the course of their attempt, Cathie and Troy Johnson completed marathons in Australia, the United Arab Emirates, France, Tunisia, the United States, Chile and Antarctica.

Race starts at 8:00 am Central Time

Meet at The Red Boiling Springs Church of Christ before 8 am to get signed in.
