Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years, and today’s research shows some of its benefits include stress relief, improved energy and health, increased focus and clarity of the mind. For some, it helps relieve anxiety, pain and insomnia. If you have thought of trying mediation or if you have tried but find it difficult, a guided meditation program may be your answer. It’s simple: You only need to follow the meditation guide’s voice to relax your body and calm your mind. This class is designed for beginning meditators, but all are welcome.
