Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years, and today’s research shows some of its benefits, including stress relief, improved energy and health, and increased focus and clarity of the mind. For some it helps with anxiety, pain relief and insomnia. If you have thought of trying meditation or have tried but found it difficult, a guided meditation program may be your answer. It’s simple! This class is designed for beginning meditators, but all are welcome.
