Join us in these online, group sessions focused specifically on skills for lifestyle management and behavior change. Much group discussion will ensue with great emphasis on the “how” and the “why”, enabling participants to cultivate long-term behavior change.

Our online Building Healthy Habits sessions utilize a group support platform to help you on your path to better health.
