For the intermediate to advanced exerciser. Boot Camp is timed interval training, which includes: heavy lifting, sprints, body-weight training, tires and much more! Your strength and cardiovascular endurance will be challenge. Boot Camp is a "no play all work" class and is for those who want to bring their overall fitness to the next level. This is an indoor/outdoor class, weather permitting. Free for members of Riverside Wellness & Fitness Centers. Non-Members: $20.
