7:00pm - 8:30pm TMI Project Presents Black Stories Matter

In partnership with Black History Month Kingston, this segment of Inside Black Stories Matter, a storytelling and roundtable discussion series that marries the personal and the political with ideas for direct action for antiracism, will feature storyteller Victorious Ritter Snow and special guest Albert Cook, to discuss Black history in the Hudson Valley.

7-8 pm 30 Minute Affirmation Session on Change

Please join Sadee Brathwaite, an ordained Minister/Priestess of Maat, as she helps you move and shift your energy and teaches you how to radiate.  Sadee provides guidance, support, and motivation, helping people to heal and grow in life, in spirituality and in creativity.  Sadee will be leading a 30 minute guided Affirmation Session to provide support, strength and courage for anyone who needs assistance going through a life change.  Utilizing mindfulness practices and breathing exercises participants will work with select affirmations that are helpful for grounding, releasing fear, and opening to change.  Be sure to also check out Sadee's artwork opening earlier in the month.
