Birding with a Ranger

Join our park ranger in viewing local and migrating birds!

Beautiful and rare birds pass through the park every day! Whether you are an avid birder or a novice, come join Ranger Steve for a guided look at these feathered friends! Hike to find the more reclusive birds, then sit in our covered bird blinds where the birds come to you!

- Meet at the Bird blind parking lot to join in!
- After a brief birding lesson and binocular practice, the hike will be about 1 mile.
- Email us if you'd like to reserve a pair of binoculars while you are birding!
- Normal Entrance Fees required to enter the park, no additional fees to attend this event.
- To guarantee entrance to the park, make your reservations here!
