Food
Everyone loves fair food.  Lots of choices including roast beef, pork, fried dough and fried desserts, French fries, onion rings,soups and chowders, gyro sandwiches, and dozens of other items available at over 45 food stands

Vegetables, Junior & Youth Exhibits, Needlework, Fruits, Canning, School Art, Herbs, Dairy Products, Youth Art, Baking, Honey & Maple Syrup, Needlework, Flowers, Candy, Adult Hobbies

Competitions
Lumberjack, Cattle, Goat, and Sheep Shows, Oxen Pull, Horse and Pony Pulls, Tractor Pulls, Ag-Olympics, Children's Tractor Pull, Bethlehem Fair's Got Talent, The Children's Challenge.

Music
Showcasing The best local and regional bands, we provide free bandstand concerts for our patrons throughout the weekend.

Rides
Rides provided aby Tufano Amusements.  Featuring traditional, kiddy, and thrill rides, for all ages.

9:00 am: Junior Dairy Cattle Show - Cattle Ring        
10:00 am: Junior Beef Cattle Show - Beef Barn Area, Oxen Show, followed by Oxen Pulling - Pulling Ring        
11:00 am: Chime In! Music with a Mission  - Main Stage          
11:00 am: Antique Tractor Pull -Tractor Pull Ring        
12:00 pm: Woodchopping Competition - Woodchop Arena    
1:00 pm: Riverjack - Main Stage          
3:00 pm: Bethlehem Fair's Got Talent - Main Stage        
4:00 pm: Ag-Olympics - South Ring        
5:00 pm: The Young Brothers - Main Stage               
7:00 pm: The Rakes - Main Stage                       
9:00 pm: Gates and exhibit barns close
