The Middlesex Health Systems provides an opportunity for bereaved person to come together for sharing and mutual support.

Although there are no magic cures or shortcuts through grief, opportunities do exist to help ease the pain, draw strength and courage to go on, and discover once again fulfillment and meaning in life.

The Middlesex Health System provides a number of opportunities for bereaved persons to come together for sharing and mutual support. These groups are open to anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one. Advance registration is not necessary. You may come and go to any of the sessions as you feel the need.
