'Balanced Body and Mind' was designed for seniors interested in revitalizing their health during these unprecedented times. The series will encourage consistency within your healthy lifestyle goals by providing 7 weeks of body and mind wellness. All classes will be one hour long and offer a gentle yoga practice along with a journal prompt and breath work. Each class will focus on bringing balance to a different area of the body for total rejuvenation once completed. Join us Wednesdays at 10:00 am for seven weeks of flow and fun. You deserve to feel your best!Registration is requested.
