1:45pm – 4:30pm AIANY Around Manhattan Architecture Tour

Lower Manhattan Architecture Tour narration, provided by members of the American Institute of Architects’ (AIA) New York Chapter, is general enough for visitors, yet detailed enough for the locals, design students and professionals! (Students should take advantage of our reduced ‘student’ tickets on this tour.) On this 90 minute cruise, you will cover all the major sites of Lower Manhattan (below 59th Street) and see views of the Brooklyn, and Manhattan Bridges while taking in monuments, architecture, parks and infrastructure. **Due to COVID 19 restrictions in NYC, onboard food & beverage consumption is likely prohibited on ticketed tours aboard Manhattan and Manhattan II. Call for latest updates on this restriction if desired.

Location: Boat departs from Chelsea Piers, near 22nd St. on the Hudson River (Manhattan, NY)

2:00pm – 3:30pm Jacob Wrey Mould’s Central Park

Jacob Wrey Mould’s decorative fingerprints are found on many of the park’s structures, arches, and whimsical relief carvings of Bethesda Terrace. Walk from Tavern on the Green, to Minerals Spring, the Concert Ground, and through the Arcade to the heart of Central Park. Learn of lost structures and this mysterious figure with Untapped New York's tour guide Beth Goffe!
