Many people develop colds or allergies during the change of seasons, when the body needs energy to adjust to changes in the environment. When the immune system is already weak, it’s easier for a virus to wreak havoc on your body and make you sick. Seasonal acupuncture targets strategic energy points on your body to boost your immune system and help with the transition.
