There are many ways people quit smoking, but it is common to try to quit several times in order to find the right combination of support and quit aides. A Quit-in-Person Group program can help. Get expert guidance from a group facilitator and support from others in the process of quitting. Rutland Regional is part of 802Quits. Classes are provided under the guidelines of the American Cancer Society Fresh Start Program.
