The nation’s longest-running independent Fringe theatre festival is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. The 30th Annual International Fringe Theatre Festival themed “Celebrate” will offer shows in person in and around Orlando’s Loch Haven Park at Fringe-managed venues, Bring Your Own Venue partners, and site-specific locations. Free live performances will take place on the festival’s outdoor stage every night. The lawn is also home to the festival’s popular Beer Tent as well as numerous food and merchandise vendors. Kids Fringe will offer arts and craft activities for children as well as special children’s theater performances on Saturdays and Sundays. The Visual Fringe art gallery will be displayed online this year to view and purchase art, and special art installations are planned throughout the festival. Visit orlandofringe.org to make plans and purchase tickets.
