About the Event

To celebrate the holiday season

The 3K course is easy -- just a short uphill, a downhill, and back

You see Christmas decorations and some Hanukiahs all along the course

The 8K course runs to the bottom of that hill and then turns right to an uphill through a beautiful forest trail, but it's harder than climbing Masada!

Pre-race candle-lighting ceremony before the 8K

Post-race latkes with applesauce and hot coffee on-site after the 8K

Event details and schedule:

2:45 PM: Registration opens on-site -- you will receive a bib number, timing chip, and absolutely GORGEOUS t-shirt

3:15 PM: 3000 meters

3:30 PM: Candle-lighting ceremony

3:45 PM: 8000 meters

4:30 PM: Latkes with applesauce and hot coffee

Dress warm, the day may be cold or wet
