Union Avenue Opera's House Concert series returns this fall as they move from the beautiful interiors of these historic homes to their stunning gardens to ensure the safety of artists and patrons. Tickets are limited due to social distancing guidelines.

Our Garden Concert Series will close with an afternoon of grand opera arias and duets from St. Louis musical power couple – husband/wife duo Jacob Lassetter and Karen Kanakis. Both of these artists have performed extensively in St. Louis since they arrived here a few years ago at Union Avenue Opera and at Winter Opera St. Louis, as well as having performance credits at companies across the country. Collaborating with them for this tour de force will be Nancy Mayo, pianist. They will perform arias from Carmen (“Votre toast”), Rusalka (“Song to the Moon”), duets from Il trovatore (“Mira, di acerbe lagrime”), and Merry Widow (“Waltz Duet”), and many more. This fall concert will take place in the garden of Dr. Kenneth and Marjorie Smith in the Compton Heights neighborhood of St. Louis.

Concert addresses will be emailed within 48 hours of reservation being received.
