A "layer" In Case It Is Too Cool Or Warm. You Can Bring A Beverage (in A Non-spill Container) And Anything You Need To Sit Comfortably. You Can Feel Free To Stand And Move Around During Class. You Have To Attend Both Sessions To Get Credit For Discounts.
