AARP Hearing Center
Kick off your weekend with a quick health chat and a walk or roll through the park—adapted bikes included!
Join AARP Nevada and Dr. Ellia Ciammaichella for a fun and inclusive walking event designed to support a healthier lifestyle. We’ll begin with a short talk on a current health topic, followed by a walk—or roll—around the park and great conversation.
We’re excited to welcome the City of Reno and their Adaptive Recreation Team to this event! Thanks to a 2025 AARP Community Challenge grant, the program is adding a new Fun2Go side-by-side adaptive bicycle to its fleet, expanding access and making cycling even more inclusive for riders of all abilities. The new bike will make its debut at this Walk and Roll with a Doc event.
