Join AARP Texas for a free easy-but-powerful guided online meditation series. Participate to strengthen your mind and improve your lifestyle. This event series runs every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, from April 19 through May 15. Among the topics the program will focus on are: Meditation for Healing, Better Sleep Meditation, How to Meditate,” and more.
Monday (Meditation for Healing) 6:00 PM CST 4/19, 4/26, 5/3, 5/10
Wednesday(Meditation for Older Adults): 9:30 AM CST 4/21, 4/28, 5/5, 5/12
Thursday (Better Sleep Meditation): 9:00 PM CST 4/22, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13
Saturday (How to Meditate): 2:00 PM CST 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15
