About the Event
For this meeting of our virtual book club featuring Edgar Allan Poe, you're welcome to read a biography of him or any of his writings, as his life will be our central theme. As a group, our main focus will be on "The Murders in the Rue Morgue," often considered one of the first detective stories, along with other notable works.
We encourage participants to share their favorite pieces by the author. You may want to consult a complete list of texts by and about Poe, as well as his poems and short stories.
We're thrilled about what promises to be a lively discussion and can't wait to explore the diverse range of Poe's literary masterpieces with you!
