Yoga is a powerful way to stretch and strengthen the body, relax and calm the mild, enhance energy and lift the spirit. Join us in exploring the benefits of yoga, including strengthening and toning the body, improving flexibility, mobility and balance, as well as enhancing an overall sense of physical and emotional well-being.
Participants should dress in clothing that is comfortable and allows them to move freely. Please use your yoga mats and materials if needed.
