Tai Chi is a way for you to increase your energy and your sense of well-being, and that is important in this day of COVID-19. AARP in Houston is extending its Tai Chi Thursdays with this final 12-week series ending just before the holidays. Join us every Thursday for an advanced Tai Chi class with with Qi Gong Practices! Qi Gong and Tai Chi are the Yin and Yang of the Internal Martial Arts system. Together they create a complete practice for health and well-being. Qi Gong helps to build vital life force energy in the body and Tai Chi helps to circulate that energy creating a balance both internally and externally. Join instructor Simone Olivier and AARP Houston as we continue our Tai Chi for Health practices together.
