Being a caregiver isn’t easy, which is why we invite you to take a break and care for yourself with our Mindful Mondays Caregiving series. AARP in Houston and Caregiver Wellness Retreat, a nonprofit dedicated to the well-being of caregivers of Alzheimer’s and other dementias, are proud to bring you this series. You can learn how to improve your quality of life, perseverance, and ability to handle stressful situations. Sessions will offer real-time mindfulness tools and techniques that are simple and easy to implement throughout a day.

Monday, April 19 - Soothing Anxiety, Develop powerful coping mechanisms to ease anxiety and improve your mental health.
