Get your blood flowing with Tai Chi. This graceful form of exercise involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, and accompanied by deep breathing. Join AARP Texas and Dallas Meditation for an online tai chi series. This event series runs every Tuesday and Thursday, from July 5 through July 28 at 6 p.m. (CT). This gentle form of physical activity and stretching allows for each posture to flow into the next phase without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion to reduce stress and increase mobility. Registration is required.
