Get your blood flowing with Tai Chi. This graceful form of exercise involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. This gentle form of physical activity and stretching allows for each posture to flow into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

Participants should dress in clothing that is comfortable and allows them to move freely. Please use your yoga mats and materials if needed.
