Salads are the star of the show during our AARP in Houston's latest health cooking series called Brunch, Lunch, and Munch. The first class has you learning how to make two garden-fresh recipes: pasta veggie salad and kale salad with citrus vinaigrette, complete with salad dressing recipes. These are farm-to-table delicious creations that require you to use fresh herbs and/or shop at farmer's markets.
