This is a recurring event on Tuesdays through Tuesday, October 1. There are proven health benefits to keeping your body moving! Nia makes it enjoyable, engaging your whole self in movement that incorporates expressive dance and the martial arts to help you feel better physically and emotionally. This gentle workout can be done barefoot at home. Try out this entry-level Nia Moving to Heal class, led by Jule Aguirre, an international Nia training faculty member. You must register separately for each class you are interested in attending. No special equipment or training is required. Please remember to consult your physician before starting an exercise program. This event is FREE, but registration is REQUIRED.
