Discover how several essential public benefits can help older adults in need supplement their income and lower expenses.
About the Event
For over 60 years, we have been dedicated to helping older adults with low incomes build financial stability. Learn how you or a loved one with financial need can access supplemental income programs and decrease out-of-pocket spending by securing other benefits, discounts and refunds. We’ll discuss:
- The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), which provides grocery benefits to families in need
- The Affordable Connectivity Program, which provides assistance with broadband costs
- The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, which helps with heating and cooling bills
- Medicare Savings Programs and the Medicare Extra Help Plan, which offset the costs of Part A, Part B and Part D coverage.
Walk away with access to resources that you can use to apply for these programs.
