If you are looking for a low-impact, relaxing form of exercise, this class is for you!
We are hosting monthly classes to learn about the principles of QiGong, which consists of a collection of movements, done seated or standing, focused on breath and emotional wellness. While each workshop stands on its own, there is a progression to the training. Come to one session or come to all!
The classes are free. Registration is required. Wear comfortable clothing so we can practice what we learn. Light refreshments will be served.
All classes will be at SimplyAware, LLC from 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. on the following Thursday dates:
