: A variety of certified instructor-led fitness classes are being offered throughout Septebmer. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, the class will engage you.

Are you ready for a workout? Join AARP AZ and Strait Bodied fitness studio located in the heart of Tempe. We will be offering a variety of certified instructor-led fitness classes including dance, yoga, hip-hop step aerobics, strength training, and even trampoline fitness. Classes are 50 - 60 minutes long starting with a warmup and cooling down after each session. If you are a beginner or intermediate level, we hope you can join us for this variety of classes in May. These are free and open to the public.
