About the Event
Join AARP Vermont and the New England Center for Circus Arts (NECCA) for a no-cardio circus class designed for older adults to enjoy the joy and physical benefits of circus arts!
This class helps improve and strengthen balance, and memory through fun, accessible activities. Everything is adaptable to mobility devices and for people with low-vision or low-hearing.
All ages and abilities are invited and welcome.
