Join AARP New Mexico and Oasis for Tai Chi for Arthritis, Seated. Using the gentle movements of Sun style tai chi and tai chi principles, learn to relax your mind and body as you become stronger and ease joint pain. Classes will be every Tuesday & Thursday from 07/02/24-07/30/24. There will NO class on 07/04/24! You ONLY need to register one time to participate in all 8 classes! We will be using the same Zoom link for all 8. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited, so register today!
