Join AARP for a walk in Paradise Park every Wednesday morning.
About the Event
Meet up at 10 a.m. to start your day on the right foot! Walking can help improve your mood, mental clarity and memory. Along with a multitude of other health benefits, this weekly walk is a great chance to improve your physical health and help you socialize in a non-pressure environment while you enjoy the beautiful park.
