Regardless of your current life phase, reevaluating your sense of self-worth is essential. Whether you are unhappy or bored or simply looking for greater fulfillment, this series by Dr. Harry Agress Jr., author of Next Years, Best Years, will help you examine your situation and confront roadblocks to moving to the next level of fulfillment.
Dr. Agress, who calls this phase of life “rewirement,” will delve into such topics as:
- renewing your perspective
- achieving contentment
- nurturing relationships
- service to others
- career identity obstacles
- following your curiosity and creating a sense of value
We will share worksheets and exercises, and hold breakout discussions designed to make your journey rewarding and enjoyable. The possibilities are endless!
Sessions
- Session 1: Introduction 1/11/26 will explore the process of redefining your relevance as you contemplate or enter a new phase of life
- Session 2: Taking Action 1/18/2026 will more deeply explore who you are, what brings you joy, and where you want to be going forward. This session will cover “the four freedoms” of a 50+er
- Session 3: Putting It Together 1/25/2026 This final session will focus on integrating everything you’ve discovered—your purpose, passions, and priorities—into a clear path forward. Dr. Agress will guide participants in creating a personal roadmap for thriving in life’s next chapter, following the inspirational pathways outlined in Next Year’s Best Years. You’ll leave with practical tools and renewed confidence to live intentionally, meaningfully, and on your own terms.
