About the Event
Meet up at 10 a.m. to start your day on the right foot! Walking can help improve your mood, mental clarity and memory. Along with a multitude of other health benefits, this weekly walk is a great chance to improve your physical health and socialize in a nonpressure environment while you enjoy the beautiful park.
