About the Event
This weekly class offers the benefits of yoga from the comfort of a chair. We’ll focus on strengthening the core, supporting the back and improving blood flow and lymphatic movement.
We'll also practice simple relaxation techniques to reduce tension and leave you feeling refreshed and steady. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
