The AARP Pickleball Clinic is coming to Cleveland, and we’re excited to offer you a chance to learn and play this popular sport! The clinic will consist of an on-court guided session with trained instructors who will focus on warm up, basic techniques, skills building and game play specifically designed for beginners. Pickleball is a fun way to connect with friends, stay fit and support your brain to help your health and happiness live as long as you do.
Registration is FREE and limited to twelve (12) participants per session. Participants must sign a general liability waiver.
Designed for players new to the sport, our Intro to Pickleball Clinic utilizes experienced instructors who will guide you through the basics, from understanding the rules to practicing your paddle skills. We're pleased to offer three dates to choose from:
December 3
December 10
December 17
Each Intro to Pickleball Clinic session offers the same beginner experience, so please register for just one session to ensure others have a chance to participate. Get ready for laughter, camaraderie, and a great introduction into the exciting game of pickleball. Paddles will be provided for participants who do not yet have their own.
We hope to see you on the court!
Are you a beginner player or have already attended an AARP Intro to pickleball clinic and are looking for extra time on the court to practice? If so, we're pleased to offer Beginner Guided Open Play on December 10 or December 17 only.
Beginner Guided Open Play offers a drop-in opportunity that allows beginner players to practice their skills with an instructor offering pointers and instruction as needed. Space is limited to twelve (12) participants. It’s an opportunity to enjoy the game, meet new friends, and stay active. Paddles will be provided for participants who do not yet have their own.
