Four Fantastic Films & How They Were Made

Citizen Kane. The Godfather. 2001: A Space Odyssey. Some Like It Hot. These four films are what many movie scholars and critics considered the greatest masterworks of American Cinema. Professor Marc Lapadula discusses how these revolutionary films defined the social and cultural eras in which they were made, looking at their directorial style, narrative structure, technical innovations, editing sequences, attention to detail as well as how they defied conventional genre norms and depictions of controversial subject matter and themes.

Professor Lapadula will participate in a LIVE Q&A immediately following the pre-recorded lecture. This event is FREE but you must REGISTER to participate.
