Nourish Your Heritage with Dance

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a dance and wellness program led by the Tranqui Foundation. Rooted in comunidad and cultura, this program welcomes all skill levels to experience the benefits of mindful movement while honoring traditions that keep us healthy and thriving.

The Tranqui Foundation is a San Diego-based nonprofit harnessing wellness through dance. The organization creates safe and inclusive spaces where movement connects people, promotes healing, and strengthens communities. Tranqui hosts dance wellness workshops, cultural events, and community programs across San Diego that celebrate movement, culture, and connection.
