AARP, in collaboration with the Lincoln Park Cultural District, is bringing a Lunch and Learn series to four Newark senior buildings to empower residents with tools to stay safe from fraud and deception. In this session, AI & Disinformation, attendees will enjoy a complimentary lunch while exploring how today's AI-powered tools and social media make it easier to create and share convincing deepfakes and cloned voices, blurring the line between real and fake content. The session will also review best practices for evaluating information and introduce helpful tech tools for identifying AI-generated content, leaving participants informed and confident in navigating the digital world.
